Good day.

I would like to ask if you can assist me.

We are using Business outlook hosted by Etisalat here in UAE.

Dated 17/3 when I was trying to log in my email, it showing that it is no longer active.

I contacted the Etisalat and they said we might facing issue in our Microsoft office.

However, we can access Gmail, google except for outlook.

    Based on your description, this error message may occur when your subscription is no longer active or has been blocked by the admin. I suggest you may firstly refer to following information to narrow down:

    1. Login Office 365 admin center >Billing >Your products, make sure the license is still in active:
    2. Try to re-assign the license, wait for a while to let changes take effect.
    3. Use browser InPrivate mode (to avoid caches), and confirm if user can access Outlook Web App.User's image
