    Hi @Rajesh Kumar

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A Support.

Based on your description, this following information may help you:

Option 1: Use the Activation Troubleshooter

    • Go to Settings > System > Activation.
    • Click Troubleshoot.
    • If you see "I changed hardware on this device recently", click it.
    • Sign in with your Microsoft account (the one linked to your digital license).
    • Select your old device from the list and confirm.

Option 2: If you still have a retail product key

    • Go to Settings > System > Activation.
    • Click Change product key
    • Enter your 25-character product key.

Option 3: Contact Microsoft Support, if the above steps don’t work, just let me know in the comment section or seeking the help from Microsoft:

    • Use the Get Help app in Windows or visit Microsoft Support.
    • Explain your situation—they may help re-activate Windows if your license is eligible.
