About outlook add-in (Report spam feature)

Question

I want to create a Outlook add-in for report spam feature

For this I want to use both Unified manifest for Microsoft 365 or Add-in only manifest

File can it be possible??
I want to create add-in for classic and new as well
so I want to make it hybrid type

Here is the information you need.  

• You can choose either Unified manifest for Microsoft 365 or Add-in only manifest. They both support Outlook add-ins. 
• Spam reporting supports both on Classic Outlook and New Outlook.  You can find more details at:
