Issues Phone link Windows 11

I am having problems with the call selection in the phone link. The program will not connect even though Bluetooth is activated on both devices. I have activated and deactivated it on both PC and mobile several times, but it doesn't work. The mobile phone and PC have also been restarted. The program shows 'connected,' and it's possible to send messages, but it's not possible to talk from the PC

    Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A.

    May I know if you have tried to check permission with Windows Settings > Privacy & Security? Please double-check all permission granted to Phone Link.

    Additionally, you could check in System > System Components > Phone Link > Reset section > Reset.
