Custom app - Messaging Extension Launcher does not show search option and others

Hi,

All the sudden we are facing an issue since yesterday, were Search-based Messaging Extension (Search, bot, apps) is not visible for Custom apps, It is affecting for all the users across organization. Kindly help us resolve this as soon as possible.

    I’d like to first confirm and better understand the error you're encountering. At this point, it's unclear whether the problem originates from a group chat, personal chat, or a channel.

    After conducting my own research, I unfortunately couldn’t find any documentation or previously reported issues that match this exact behavior. However, I did come across an official Microsoft document that outlines feature availability for Bots, Connectors, and Messaging Extensions across different channel types.     According to this document, shared channels and private channels do not support Bots, Connectors, or Messaging Extensions.undefined

    I also tested this in my own environment and confirmed that these features are indeed unavailable in those channel types.
