Outlook (new) not working

I turned on my computer and Outlook did not work. I tried opening the app in the systems settings and saw Outlook (new). I spent 2 hours trying to get that to work - all the settings it pulled in were incorrect and would not work.

I then uninstalled Outlook (new) from my computer thinking I could then use the old version.

Now I have no access to Outlook at all and cannot work.

I would like to install and continue to use the old version.

    Hi Debbie Leo
Good day! Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you're looking to switch back to the classic Outlook experience, but your device doesn't have it, and you would like guidance on how to install Classic Outlook. Here are the steps to download and install the classic version of Outlook:

Workaround: Before successfully downloading and installing Classic Outlook, you can use Outlook web to continue your work temporarily by accessing this link: https://outlook.com/

    1. Download the Classic Outlook
    2. Install Classic Outlook
      • Once downloaded, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Tip: You can also try installing classic Outlook from the Microsoft Store

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you need further assistance.
