    Hi Neil,

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I understand your concern about the Switch account option in start menu.

There is no "Switch account" button in Windows 10. To switch accounts on Windows 10, you would just need to click on the start button and click on the account picture and click on the account that you want to switch to. You may click on this link for reference. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402670...

I hope the information I provided will help you. If you need further assistance please do reply back and I will respond as quickly as possible. Have a nice day.

    Thanks,

    Wilfred P.

Wil- the start menu only shows the default user "Owner".

I had setup a second account that had my name.

the second account doesn't show up in start menu??

I see. Try to select logout first and see if the newly created account would appear on the lower-left part of the sign-in screen. If it does, kindly click on it and log in to that account. If not, kindly go back to Settings, Accounts and Family & others to create another account if the account is not on that list as well.

    Wil

I added a third user account.

    I then restarted the PC.

I still don't see either the 2nd or 3rd account show up in the start menu.

    Any other ideas?

    thanks
