I don't see the switch accounts option in start menu

using windows 10

    when I look at users tab in task manager, only the original user shows.

    Did I miss some option in setting up the other users?

    You'll only be able to switch users via Task Manager if the user you want to switch to is already signed in.

    Otherwise, you'll need to use a different option.
