Hello,

One of my user created a microsoft with reminder date. It works one time only and afterward, he kept receiving the following email: Sending reminder: Something Failed .

When I edtited the flow and I got the following error message: ActionConditionFailed The execution of template action 'Couldn't send a reminder' is skipped: the 'runafter' condition for action 'Scope_to_get_items_due_In_1_day, is not satified. Expected status values 'Failed TimedOut' and actual value 'Succeeded'.

Any help from you would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Paul.

    Hello Paul,

It seems like there is an issue with the flow you have set up for reminders in Microsoft 365. The error message you are receiving indicates that the condition for sending the reminder is not being met, causing the action to fail.

To troubleshoot this issue, you may need to review the conditions set in the flow to ensure they are correctly configured. Specifically, check the 'runafter' condition for the action 'Scope_to_get_items_due_In_1_day' to make sure it aligns with the expected status values.

If you continue to experience difficulties, you may need to adjust the flow logic or seek further assistance: Questions - Microsoft Q&A.

    Best regards,

    Oscar Calvo
