Hi @Manjunathks,
Welcome to the Q&A forum, and thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your descriptions, you're looking to enable Microsoft 365 users to view the availability (free/busy information) of Google Workspace users.
Please note that as a Microsoft Q&A moderator, my testing environment is limited when it comes to third-party application. However, rest assured, I’m here to assist you through research and provide helpful information to guide you forward.
Based on my findings:
- On the Google Workspace Help Center, there is a guide that explains how to allow Exchange users to view calendar availability data from Google Workspace, you can check their article here.
Note: Microsoft is providing this information as a convenience to you. The sites are not controlled by Microsoft. Microsoft cannot make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any software or information found there. Please make sure that you completely understand the risk before retrieving any suggestions from the above link.
- On Microsoft, you can set up an organization relationship to share and view calendar information between Microsoft and external business partners (Google in your case).
Once both configurations are properly set up, Microsoft 365 users will be able to view Google Workspace users’ availability using Outlook’s Scheduling Assistant.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the setup, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’ll do my best to assist you further.
