    Hi benny huang,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

This incident happens when the Xbox app continues to use cached sign-in details from an account that is not yours, which leads to repeated email verification requests.

Please follow these steps to resolve the known issue:

    1. Recover the hacked account immediately

    2. Change password and enable 2FA

    • After regaining access, set a strong new password.
    • Enable Two-step verification in Advanced Security Options.

    3. Check linked accounts

    4. Sign back in with the recovered account

    • Sign in with your main account.
    • Then open Minecraft. It will recognize your license if you are using the correct account.
