Question

when I download project professional 2019 it downloads but when I go to mount it, it doesn't do nothing or take me to the next step so it's not able to open up Microsoft project. I have tried from 2 other computers besides my own and it doesn't even allow me to access my account. I don't know what else to do

As per your description, I understand that you're having a tough time getting Microsoft Project Professional 2019 to install properly.

Microsoft Project 2019 is a stand-alone product and can be downloaded directly from Microsoft if you have a valid license or product key.

Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask if you are seeing any specific error messages? Please also take a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing so that I can assist you more effectively.

In the meantime, before trying anything else, simply copy the ISO file to the root of your C: drive and try again. Windows may flag downloaded files and lock them. Additionally, I recommend using WinRAR to open the file and then install it.
