    Dear @Watson, Alyssa (MSIS),

Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

As per your description, I understand that you're having a tough time getting Microsoft Project Professional 2019 to install properly.

Microsoft Project 2019 is a stand-alone product and can be downloaded directly from Microsoft if you have a valid license or product key.

Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask if you are seeing any specific error messages? Please also take a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing so that I can assist you more effectively.

In the meantime, before trying anything else, simply copy the ISO file to the root of your C: drive and try again. Windows may flag downloaded files and lock them. Additionally, I recommend using WinRAR to open the file and then install it.

    Important notes

Note: Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. I am looking forward to your response!

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the installation of Project Professional 2019. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check System Requirements: Ensure that your computer meets the system requirements for Project Professional 2019. If your operating system is not supported, the installation may fail.
    2. Download Again: Sometimes, the download may be incomplete or corrupted. Try downloading the installation files again from the official Microsoft site.
    3. Run as Administrator: When you attempt to install the software, right-click on the setup file and select "Run as administrator". This can help bypass any permission issues that may be preventing the installation.
    4. Disable Security Software: Occasionally, antivirus or security software can block installations. Temporarily disable any security software and try to install again.
    5. Check for Existing Installations: Ensure that there are no previous installations of Project Professional or other Office products that could be causing conflicts. If there are, uninstall them before attempting to install again.
    6. Use the Office Deployment Tool: If you are familiar with it, you can use the Office Deployment Tool to download and install Office products. This can sometimes resolve installation issues.

If you continue to have problems, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
