    Hi @Anamika . (International Supplier)

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

For your client query regarding Universal Print with Microsoft 365 Business Premium. Please find the detailed clarification below.

With Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Universal Print print jobs are calculated per tenant, not per individual user.

    • Each Universal Print eligible license contributes print jobs to a shared pool at the tenant level.
    • All licensed users consume print jobs from the same global pool, rather than having a fixed or isolated quota per user.
    • The total number of print jobs available depends on the number of eligible licenses assigned in the tenant.
    • The print job volume refreshes automatically at the beginning of each month. Any unused jobs do not roll over to the next month.

Although each license adds a specific number of jobs (for example, 100 print jobs per Business Premium license per month), users are not limited to only that number individually. A single user may consume more jobs as long as sufficient jobs remain in the tenant’s shared pool.

To monitor total available print volume, track usage, and determine whether additional print job add-ons are required, you can visit the Usage and Reports section in the Universal Print portal.

The job quota for Universal Print under the Business Premium license is calculated per tenant, not per user. Each eligible license contributes to a shared pool of print jobs available to all users within that tenant. For Microsoft 365 Business Premium, the total number of print jobs available is 100 jobs per month per license. Therefore, if a client has multiple Business Premium licenses, the total number of print jobs will be the number of licenses multiplied by 100.

Additionally, the volume of available print jobs refreshes at the beginning of each month, and all users consume from the same global pool of print jobs, meaning that they are not restricted to printing only a specific number of jobs based on their individual licenses.

To monitor usage and know when additional print volume may be needed, users can visit the Usage and Reports page in the Universal Print portal.
