Is there a way for quarantined messages to be sent to a single user only, for all users in an organization?
Tried creating policies but no option to add a single recipient but will cover the whole domain quarantined messages

In Microsoft Defender for Office 365, quarantine notifications are typically configured at the policy level and are designed to cover all users within the organization rather than being sent to a single user. The quarantine policies define what users are allowed to do with their quarantined messages and whether they receive notifications. However, there is no built-in option to restrict notifications to a single user while applying a policy to the entire domain.

If you need to notify only a specific user, you may need to create a custom solution or manually inform the user about their quarantined messages, as the default functionality does not support this level of granularity in notification settings.
