Hi, the above mentioned website does not load as expected. The loading screen remains though all preferences shall be OK. How to deal with this? What could I check? Thanks Christiane

The issue is most likely related to browser cookies, pop‑ups, or cached data preventing the Copilot Studio site from loading correctly.

    Try these checks in order:

    1. Allow cookies (including third‑party cookies)
      • In Microsoft Edge:
        • Go to Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
        • Make sure Block third-party cookies is set to Off.
      • In Google Chrome:
        • Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
        • Make sure Allow third-party cookies is selected.
      • In Firefox or Safari, ensure tracking protection or cross‑site tracking settings are not blocking cookies for Microsoft sites.
    2. Enable pop‑ups for the site
      • If the browser shows a “pop‑up blocked” icon in the address bar when opening Copilot Studio, allow pop‑ups for that site.
    3. Clear cache and cookies for the site
      • In the browser, clear cookies and cached images/files (at least for Microsoft and Copilot Studio domains), then close and reopen the browser and try again.
    4. Try an InPrivate/Incognito window
      • Open a new InPrivate/Incognito window and sign in to Copilot Studio there. This bypasses most cached data and some extensions.
    5. Try a different browser
      • Use a modern browser version (for example, Chrome 91+, Firefox 89+, Safari 16.4+). If it works in another browser, the issue is likely due to settings or extensions in the original browser.

If the page still hangs on “loading,” collect details (browser, version, any error messages in the browser’s developer console) and contact Microsoft support with that information.
