Try the following:
- Sign out and back in: Sign out of your Microsoft account in both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store, then sign back in. This refreshes credentials and clears sync errors.
- Restart your device.
- Update Windows OS (Settings --> Windows Update).
- Clear Windows Store Cache by Pressing
Windows Key + R--> Typewsreset.exeand click OK - Run (Repair Gaming Services) Tool via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/gaming-services-repair-tool
- Lastly, Verify Date/Time is set correctly.
