I understand you're seeing the error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" when trying to uninstall Adobe Acrobat, and you also receive the same message when opening QuickBooks.

- Is this a personal Windows 10 Home device?
- Did the issue start after an update, software cleanup, or drive change?
- Do you see any error codes in addition to the message above?
In the meantime, please try these steps:
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find “Windows Installer”.
- Make sure the service is not disabled. If it is running, right‑click it and select “Restart”.
- Then open Command Prompt (Admin) and run:
msiexec /unregister
msiexec /regserver
