    Hi Christopher Ward,

I understand you're seeing the error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" when trying to uninstall Adobe Acrobat, and you also receive the same message when opening QuickBooks.

Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, could you please confirm:

    • Is this a personal Windows 10 Home device?
    • Did the issue start after an update, software cleanup, or drive change?
    • Do you see any error codes in addition to the message above?

In the meantime, please try these steps:

    1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
    2. Find “Windows Installer”.
    3. Make sure the service is not disabled. If it is running, right‑click it and select “Restart”.
    4. Then open Command Prompt (Admin) and run:
    msiexec /unregister
    msiexec /regserver
