    Hi Karan Kejriwal

I understand that meeting invites are appearing directly on your Outlook.com calendar, but the invite email is not showing in your mailbox. I’m happy to help. Could you reply with:

    • Whether this happens with all meeting invites or only from one sender
    • Whether the invite email appears in Deleted Items or Junk Email
    • Whether you are using Outlook.com on the web, Outlook mobile, or another Outlook app

    Meanwhile, try the checks below:

    1) Check whether the invite email is being filtered or moved

In Outlook.com, search your mailbox using the sender’s name or the meeting title. Also check these folders:

    • Deleted Items
    • Junk Email
    • Archive
    • Other

You can also use Outlook.com’s message filter for Has calendar invites, which may help locate meeting invitation emails.

    2) Check Outlook.com rules

Go to Outlook.com > Settings > Mail > Rules. Remove or disable any rule that may be moving, deleting, archiving, or marking meeting invitations as read. Also check rules when messages are not appearing as expected.

    3) Check Junk Email settings

If the invite email is going to Junk Email, mark it as Not junk and add the sender to your Safe senders list.

    4) Confirm that the sender is sending a meeting request

Ask the sender to create the meeting with your email address added in the Invite attendees field, then select Send, not just save the calendar item. See: Create, modify, or delete a meeting request or appointment in Outlook.com | Microsoft Support

    5) Turn on Outlook.com mail and calendar notifications

Go to Outlook.com > Settings > General > Notifications, then make sure Mail and Calendar notifications are enabled. For more details, see Mail and calendar notifications in Outlook.com | Microsoft Support

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!
