Printing in bing maps

My computer stopped printing all words including all street names and information i put in dialog box. This only happens when I print. The printer will print just the map and street outlines but no words. I am sure there is a setting that got changed.

    If you want to print a map from the Bing maps website, it's recommended to use the print page available under the ... More menu in the top header of the maps site. That should bring up a print-preview page showing exactly what will print. If what you get from the printer is different from what you see on that print preview page, then there's possibly an issue with the printer driver. You might try removing and then re-adding the printer through the windows settings under Devices->Printers & Scanners.
    You might also try printing to a PDF file, and then sending that PDF to the printer.
