Importing AVCHD files into Window Movie Maker on Windows 10

Decimal Key in Numpad Doesn't Work

My numpad works fine, but the decimal key does not work. When I turn off numlock, the del function works (same key as decimal key). When I turn on the on screen keyboard, the decimal key  does not work either. Please help. Thanks!
