can not connect my laptop to my lg smart tv

hi) i wanted to add my tv to my windows 8.1 devices, but when i eenter and confirm the pin that is shown on the tv screen i can not connect and asks to try again what shoud i do?

Blue Icicle error code 10 on windows 8.1
