A class representing a collection of CosmosDBThroughputPoolResource and their operations. Each CosmosDBThroughputPoolResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a CosmosDBThroughputPoolCollection instance call the GetCosmosDBThroughputPools method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
