Parameters
A PrintEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
The OnEndPrint method allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class. The OnEndPrint method is also called if the printing process is canceled or an exception occurs during the printing process.
When a derived class calls the OnEndPrint method, it raises the EndPrint event by invoking the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnEndPrint(PrintEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnEndPrint(PrintEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event. This method is a good place for uninitialization.
