Determines whether this serializer can write the specified security token to XML. Called by the base class.

Remarks
Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the CanWriteTokenCore(SecurityToken) method. The CanWriteToken(SecurityToken) method calls the CanWriteTokenCore(SecurityToken) method.
