Gets or sets the key identifier clause ID.

The key identifier clause ID. The default is null
.
Remarks
When this security key identifier is serialized into XML, the Id property is serialized as the Id
attribute of the <SecurityTokenReference>
element. If the property is null
, an Id
attribute is not included in the <SecurityTokenReference>
element.
