An XhtmlMobileTextWriter object that writes the link.
- target

The target URL for postback.
- argument
- String
The name of the event for which the link is substituting.
Remarks
Some devices are able to execute a postback event on a link or button only. The RenderUrlPostBackEvent method writes a link with a URL that contains all of the information that is required to process the form and to update and display the page.
