Gets or sets the amount of padding inside the borders of the Login control.

The amount of space (in pixels) between the contents of a Login control and the Login control's border. The default value is 1.
Exceptions
The BorderPadding property is set to a value less than -1.
Remarks
The value of the BorderPadding property is stored in view state.
