Indicates whether a row will be unshared when the mouse pointer leaves the row.

The row index of the current cell, or -1 if the cell is not owned by a row.
Returns
true
if the button displayed by the cell is in the pressed state; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
The MouseLeaveUnsharesRow method is called just before the OnMouseLeave method. MouseLeaveUnsharesRow must return true
if the call to OnMouseLeave has the effect of unsharing the row specified by rowIndex
. It should return false
otherwise.
