Raises the KeyUp event.
protected:
override void OnKeyUp(System::Windows::Forms::KeyEventArgs ^ e);
protected override void OnKeyUp (System.Windows.Forms.KeyEventArgs e);
override this.OnKeyUp : System.Windows.Forms.KeyEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overrides Sub OnKeyUp (e As KeyEventArgs)
Parameters
A KeyEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
By default, the OnKeyUp event handler allows the user to move the splitter up when the UP arrow key is pressed. The OnKeyUp event handler also draws the SplitterRectangle to show the current position of the splitter while it is moving.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnKeyUp method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnKeyUp(KeyEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnKeyUp(KeyEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
