Gets a collection of all values associated with keys contained in this ResourceDictionary.

Remarks
This property exists because it is required by IDictionary, but generally is not useful for most ResourceDictionary scenarios.
The returned values do not include values within the MergedDictionaries. Also the collection is a snapshot of the values in the base dictionary. If you subsequently make changes to this ResourceDictionary, a stored Values will not reflect the changes.
