Gets the ResourceKey for the Color of a window frame.

The resource key for the Color of a window frame.
Remarks
Use the WindowFrameColorKey to create a dynamic reference to the window frame system color. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the color is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use WindowFrameColor.
