Enable seller insights (preview)

The seller insights feature provides intelligent insights about customers, so that sellers can focus on tasks that matter, close deals, and enhance their productivity.
License and role requirements

Prerequisites
Enable the seller insights feature
- Sign in to your sales app.
- In the lower-left corner of the page, go to Change area > Sales Insights settings.
- Under Productivity, select Insights (preview).
- On the Insights (preview) page, enable the feature.
By default, the feature is enabled for all users in your organization, and insights are displayed for records. To learn how to restrict access to selected users in your organization, go to Manage access to view insights.
