In this module, you’ve learned about the ways to distribute a Customer Voice survey to customers and employees and how it can be shared online for respondents to submit feedback anonymously. You were shown how to create your own email templates and customize them to fit in with an organization’s corporate branding. Additionally, you learned how to update the template to include multilingual options, if necessary. You learned about the tools that can help you email a survey from within Customer Voice to Outlook or Dynamics 365 contacts or by using a Dynamics 365 view. To share surveys to capture feedback online, you can share it by using the direct link, using a QR code, generating custom links and QR codes with variables, or by embedding a survey directly within a website. You now have the tools to send surveys based on specific triggers and know the best method for sharing each survey on a case-by-case basis.
