Hi
I built a sharepoint to host the content for Viva learning. I have a folder with the columns that I think meet what the manuals suggest. I have a repository and when I go to Viva learning in Teams it says that I have access to the sharepoint. Still, the content is not displayed; it has been weeks since I created the assets. I am using 3 different formats to test it (MP4, PPT and an external link).
Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?

We are having the same issue. All steps provide by MS are done but the sync status of SharePoint in the admin tab is still Failed. Any idea what we are doing wrong?

Are you by any chance using M365 groups for permissions instead of SharePoint groups? Please check this and verify in the configuration, sharepoint-permissions

Thank you for the answer. We tried that but we finally found that the problem was actually that I had 2 M365 groups created and one was the owner while I should have granted it access manually to the folders (I had to do this one by one for each folder) and it is now solved and I can see my content!
I have a new "issue", description is not displayed, and all the other columns (duration, Author, thumbnail) are correct but not "description". As you can see in the screenshot, I called it ContentDescription like the guide mentions. New ideas?

Hello. I have a similar problem.
I add the files that exist at sharepoint site, without problems to Viva Learning Tab at Teams, but the own content is showed without thumbnail, only with the default cover. I add the thumbnail field to the configuration of the sharepoint site.
Any idea? Thanks in advance

It worked for me after I added the column "ContentLanguage" to the folder where the thumbnail image is stored and added the repective language code to it.
