We are a non-profit, Veteran program and we had to start a memberships. It is once a year or lifetime. We really need to find something that is easy to use but still can have ll their information on the card. We have thought about having their picture on it but so we can put more info about the person on it we are going without. I do thank every one for the time. I am totally new at this.

Word's Mailings tab allows you to create cards from a list of member data. The data can be in an Excel worksheet or a Word table or many other formats. Choose Mailings>Start Mail Merge>Labels, then click on the Options button to select a card size. Word will create a table that corresponds with the arrangement of cards at your chosen size. You can format each cell with a logo or other graphics, then use the Select Recipients command to add data fields from your data source.

Here's a video from Microsoft about how to use Mail Merge to create your type of document: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/video-use-mail-merge-to-create-multiple-labels-6f438fb1-fab3-429e-a798-fa74ca00c5b4

If you prefer to type them manually, you can search online for templates with a terms like Word create membership cards.
