Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Autopilot timeout.
Please try to increase timeout -> try to edit the Enrollment Status page and try increase the "Show an error when installation takes longer than specified number of minutes" setting. And then check if it is successful to enroll.
