Automate Org Chart Creation - Need multiple ppl per Visio Shape

Question

There are many tutorials on how to use the Excel Data Visualizer add-in which I understand how to use. However, the org chart I need to automate shows groups of people in a single shape, see below. Is there a way to setup data to produce this type of chart? I expect I cannot use the version of Visio that comes with my O365 Work account. I am in the process of getting a Professional subscription (although, this may be called Plan 2 in the subscription world). Also, I have heard a reference to Premium - is this the same as Professional (Visio). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I don't want to purchase something that is not capable of producing with I need. Thanks!
