Advisor alert not providing clear information

Hello, each day we are receiving an alert from Azure Advisor. The alert rule we created contains the following condition:

From the alert, we receive an email (action group) with the following information (extract). The Channel is "Operation".

When we look at Azure Advisor there are no recommendations referring to "Operational Excellence" as you can see in the screenshot below:

Could you please guide me where could we find more details about the recommendation?

    Hi,

    The advisor recommendation alert is based on activity log alert. So basically very time you get alert there is activity log record that triggered the alert rule. If you open activity log you can filter to event category recommendation.

    Clicking on particular record you can see details. In summary you can see the recource ID. If you click on the JSON view you will see even more details. For example eventDataId property should match to the one you see. If you scroll further in the properties property you will see the name of the actual recommendation and other recommendation details.
