How to measure Teams calls with externals?

I am searching for a solution that can provide insights from our Sales team regarding their Teams meetings with customers. I have attempted to use the Microsoft 365 Reporting API, but it necessitates the development of a custom solution, and I encountered difficulties when making API calls on behalf of a user.

Currently, I am exploring Viva Workplace Analytics Insights; however, the issue I've encountered is that I cannot generate reports that provide analytics for each individual in a team. I can only access aggregated data for the entire

team. Is there an existing solution that can fulfill this purpose?

    Power BI dashboards can provide a vast amount of information and you only need to install the Microsoft Call Quality connector for Power BI: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cqd-power-bi-connector

    You can then build PowerBI dashboards to show the KPIs for the Sales team, save them to the PowerBI service and make them available to the team through Teams.

    Maybe you need to be assigned the role of Insights Analyst in Viva Insights, this role allows you to access the advanced analytics features and build custom queries on your organization’s data. The Insights Analyst need to access the Individual reports in the Power BI service which can use the filters and slicers to select the individuals or groups of interest and view their insights.
