Microsoft rewards points are not adding when I search using edge browse but counting when I use chrome....why is it so ...and the case is happening in my mobile also

You can try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, logging out and logging in again, or waiting for some time to see if the points appear. If none of these work, you can contact the Bing Rewards Support Team for assistance.
