I'm getting the following error in MySQL workbench when trying to connect to my server

Untitled

I cant connect from my program either. When I logged into the Azure portal, a message popped up saying I have used up all my SKU credits despite not having done anything on the server for the past 24 hours and it only being 5 days into the billing period. I've barely used the server at all in the past few days, does anybody know whats going on?

I can't get support from Microsoft without paying monthly for it. Am I just better off using NoSQL or MongoDB?
