Microphone access to voice commands on HL2

I am locking down a Hololens 2 with MS Intune. I need to deny access to the microphone for all apps other than my LOB custom app.

I use the CSPs LetAppsAccessMicrophone: force deny policy and then whitelist my app using LetAppsAccessMicrophone_ForceAllowTheseApps. That works as expected, however with the side effect that the voice commands stop working (due to missing access to the microphone). I guess I need to whitelist the voice commands engine as well, but I cannot identify the process (resp. package family name).

Any idea how to get the voice commands working again?

@Patrick Wiederkehr, Thanks for posting in Q&A. if we check the Recent activity when we test voice commands, could you see the app it uses? If yes, add this app to see if it can work.
