How to request a quota increase for Communication Services

I need to request a quota limit increase, which I understand will also enable us to add an additional sender and specify the sender name.

The documentation says that it's necessary to raise a support request and provides a template into which answers to questions may be inserted.

I've done that and tried to submit it. I'm then presented with a solution, which is the web page I was looking at above and from where I obtained the template. That page tells me to submit a support request. And around it goes.

I've tried fiddling around with the various drop downs in the support request to see if there's an "I don't know" or blank option which will then enable the creation of a ticket, without success.
