Hi,
I am the CTO of safe-sight.ai. We have been granted $5000USD credits by Azure to build our Saas application and we are still at a pre-revenue stage.
We tried to unlock further credits and the domain verification process has failed couple of times even after providing/uploading domain purchase invoice documents.
Could you please look into this as a matter of urgency as we are nearing 100% utilization of the previous credits.
I have also attached the domain purchase invoices along with this.

Did you get this resolved? We have same issue. I have submitted multiple support tickets with proof of domain ownership and still no reply. Its been over two weeks.

Please note: That the invoice attached to the support ticket contains 2 domains purchased at the time, including the one we are seeking verification of. And I saw a note somewhere about making sure the invoice was within the last twelve months. The date on the invoice is 04/03/2024 but also its on a 2 year renewal which you can see on the invoice.

Mine is pretty straight forward, we just have one domain which we need verification for and the domain purchase invoice has been attached to the ticket.
Please help us with this. We are now shopping around with other cloud providers to see what we can leverage. If Microsoft cant help us with this, we will have to shift our entire ecosystem to AWS or GCP.

I submitted docs to the ticket. WHOIS is set to private so you cannot verify that route. I suggest you also provide an option to create a TXT record in DNS which should satisfy the requirement as well. And be near instant.

@Gayathri Jayaram As per Case ID - 2503210040004667, the domain receipt you shared is missing the company name. So, request to share the updated documents with company name, domain and expiry date in a single page from Domain settings.

Have you tried the solutions provided in this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/add-custom-domain
Don't forget to edit the DNS records of your domain on the domain provider's Domain Management Portal as well (as explained in the documentation mentioned above). And the synchronization may also takes a while.
