Zscaler App not available on the company Play store Store

user is not able to find the Zscaler Client Connector app in the company-specific Play Store. It is available on the regular Play Store, but not in the company-managed one. verified that the app is configured correctly in Intune and assigned to the user.

Steps taken:

device was restarted and synced through the Company Portal

device was reenrolled

profile was deleted and created

Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue.

    Hi, Yes we have followed the document, and everything is configured correctly from Intune side but still the user couldn't find the Zscaler client connector app in his android mobile device.
