Request an extension for unused Founders Hub Azure Credits due to Special Circumstances

We received very generous support from Microsoft Azure Startups Founders Hub, but due to special circumstances of our Business being held in limbo (i.e. not being able to operate), we were not able to use the Azure Credits allocated to us in the timeframe. We have been shipped around to various contacts within Microsoft but to this point no-one is able to meet with us to hear our situation. So it has been suggested we reach out to Priority Community Support to see if anyone can direct us to the best contact?

I've attached more details in a "Business Case for Extension of Credits - 2025-03" document which explains that we are now ready to get the business underway.

Note: we are not asking for any more support from Microsoft, just an extension of the date when the Azure Credits we were allocated expire so we can get the business running & create income streams so we can then afford the 'Pay-as-you-go" Subscription.

Please can someone help as we are really desperate now?

    Hi Brad Langdon,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

To extend your Azure credits in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, you need to progress to the next program level. Start by completing all tasks in your verification checklist, as this is required to be eligible for more credits. If your Azure credit offer is $25,000 or more, your account will be automatically reviewed 45 days before expiration based on your engagement score and task completion, and additional credits may be granted if approved. For offers of $5,000 or less, you can submit a request for more credits once your checklist is complete. Advancing to the next level in the program is the only way to extend your credits and gain more time to use them.

Please note that the only way to extend your credits is to reach the next level before your current credits expire.
