    Dear @EA,

At the moment, Microsoft Forms does not support adding a business logo as a reusable or global Style option. Logos cannot be saved within the Styles panel or applied automatically across all forms. Instead, the logo needs to be added individually to each form.

To do this, open the form, click on the form header at the top > select the Insert Image (picture) icon > and upload your company logo from your device or OneDrive. For more information and instructions, please follow Add a picture or logo to a form header

Note: You can still use the Styles panel to apply colors or background, but the logo must be added manually per form.

Moreover, I totally agree that having the ability to apply a business logo as a reusable style across Microsoft Forms would be a very valuable feature. Therefore, I strongly encourage you to submit feedback to the Microsoft Product team. And to ensure your feedback reaches the right teams, I highly recommend submitting your feedback directly to Microsoft Ideas · Community, where our product development team can know your requirements and ideas for product improvements. If enough users raise ticket for the same idea, Microsoft may consider adding this feature in the future.

Note: As Microsoft Community moderators, please note that we are not involved in product design decisions and do not have direct access to the development roadmap, we want to assure you that your feedback has been acknowledged and is valued.

Workaround: A common workaround is to create one branded form with your logo and colors, then duplicate (copy) that form for future use.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.

Microsoft Forms does not support adding a business logo as a reusable “Style” option. Logos and images can only be added per form, either in the header or as part of the theme/background.

To add a logo or picture to a specific form:

    1. Go to Microsoft Forms and open the form.
    2. Select the form header section.
    3. Select Insert Image (picture icon).
    4. Choose where to get the image:
      • Image Search to search via Bing and then select Add.
      • OneDrive to pick an image from OneDrive and select Add.
      • Upload to upload from the device and select Open.

The image will appear in the form header to the left of the title.

To change the overall look (but not save a custom logo as a style):

    1. In the same form, select Style.
    2. Choose a theme, color, or background image from the Styles pane.

Logos must be added individually to each form; they cannot be stored as a custom style option.
