A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
Microsoft Rewards points are earned by doing everyday activities with a Microsoft account. To work toward 1,000 points, enable Microsoft Rewards on the account and then use these earning methods until the points total reaches 1,000:
- Search with Bing while signed in to the Microsoft account.
- Search the web using the search box on the Windows 10/11 taskbar (signed in with the same account).
- Buy eligible items from the Microsoft Store online (web, Xbox, or Microsoft Store app) while signed in.
- Visit the Microsoft Rewards earn page and points breakdown page to complete daily quizzes, trivia, and other offers that give points. These are updated daily.
- Play selected games or complete selected quests on Xbox through the Rewards app.
- On mobile, use the Bing app, Microsoft Launcher (Android), or Microsoft Edge app to search while signed in.
Points accumulate across all these activities. Once the balance shows at least 1,000 points on the Rewards dashboard, those points can be used toward available redemptions (subject to regional availability and program rules).
