How to upgrade from family plan to business plan so I may use domain based email

I currently have a family plan but wish to upgrade so that I can have a domain based email. How do I make that happen?

1. Choose a business subscription: Visit Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing | Microsoft 365to find the right fit. Microsoft 365 Business Basic is usually the lowest-cost option that still includes a custom email address.
2. Set up your Microsoft 365 for business subscription, which includes verifying your custom domain and adding user accounts.
3. Migrate your Outlook data (emails, calendar, tasks, contacts) using a .pst export from the Outlook desktop app.
4. Migrate your OneDrive files to OneDrive for Business, which is included with your new subscription and provides 1 TB per user.
5. Migrate your OneNote notebooks to the business account.

Important notes:

• Migrating your existing content is optional, if you prefer, you can start fresh with the new business account.
• Business email uses a work / school account (e.g., ******@yourdomain.com), while home plans use a personal Microsoft account (e.g., ******@outlook.com). These are two separate account types.
