Im trying to log onto teams so I can upgrade my account and it wont let me from either my laptop or PC saying
"Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation Ask your admin to get you started with Teams, or set up another org in Teams using a different email address."

Agree with michev, in general, the possible causes are as below:
- Someone has already set up Teams for you.
- Your email address is tied to both a work and a personal account.
- You're trying to sign up for your work account by using a free tenant.
